We will endeavour to advertise your rental
property through the papers, internet and on our
office rental list until rented.
There shall be an intensive check
done on prospective tenants who wish to rent your
property. Enabling us to make the right choice for
you and then communicate with you, the owner giving
you as much or less involvement in the selection
process as you require regarding details of the
application.
We organise and prepare the signing of Tenancy
Agreements, Rental Bonds and ensure there are
Full Internal/External Condition reports available
which we keep a copy in our office.
Our Property Management team will
ensure the tenant maintains the property in accordance
with the Tenancy Agreement. All inspections are
carried out once every three months which we then
send you a copy of the report for your records.
Any repairs or maintenance will be drawn to your
attention as soon as they have been reported. We
shall have a list of reputable tradespeople should
you not have your own. Any work needing to be carried
out will be approved by you first.
At completion of a tenancy agreement
our office will ensure that all obligations are
fulfilled by the tenants such as the cleaning of
the carpets and cleaning of the premises are done
to a professional standard.
